Terms of Service
Payments are due at booking, with cancellations or rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours prior for a refund (expect for the Co-parenting Two Parents Two Homes class), subject to availability. Services, including supervised visitations and coaching, are provided as scheduled, and clients must actively participate. Child Safety First reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance or inappropriate conduct. All materials provided during sessions are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information to ensure safe and effective service delivery. Child Safety First is not liable for delays, cancellations, or outcomes resulting from client-provided information or circumstances beyond our control.
